Following the success of last year's Walk4Matt, RPA Benevolent Fund Ambassador Matt Hampson, rugby celebrities and supporters from all twelve Guinness Premiership clubs will navigate the Grand Union Canal from Rugby to Twickenham once again this May, to raise funds for charities including the Matt Hampson Trust, Special Effects and RPA Benevolent Fund.
Beginning at Rugby, the walk follows a 110 mile route down the Grand Union Canal, arriving at Twickenham for the Guinness Premiership Final on 29 May 2010. Each club will be accompanied by its own narrowboat, which will provide overnight accomodation for walkers in sponsored berths.
