Do you think someone may have tapped your phone?
Schillings has the following advice for members who are concerned that your voicemail may have been accessed without your permission:
1. Change the PIN code on their voicemail - please see the attached flyer.
2. Ask your mobile phone service provider for a log of activity on their voicemail. This will show you if your voicemail was accessed remotely. If you rarely, or never, access your voicemail from a phone other than your own mobile then the chances are this shows someone else has done so.
If you find that your voicemail has been accessed remotely, contact Matt Himsworth at Schillings for further help and advice on 020 7034 9144.
