The RPA provides access to independent advice on any employment matter through a specialist RPA Legal Panel. The RPA also has access to a network of specialist media, family and criminal lawyers. Agent Advice

The RFU have now implemented an Agents Registration Scheme, which means all agents must be RFU Registered in order to represent a player. To see the list of Registered Agents click here.

The RPA provides Personal Accident Insurance for Premiership members through insurance brokers, Towergate tlc. To top-up your Personal Accident Insurance contact Gary Rees at Towergate, or to log a potential claim contact Martin Hine, both on 01926 439 439.

Medical Advice

The RPA work with independant medical advisors to consult on relevant medical issues, provide assistance to players with insurance claims and where possible, assist with players out of contract with long term injuries.

Overseas Players Advice

Visa Logic provide a specialist service to both overseas players coming to play in England, and to English players moving to play outside the UK

Visa Logic can advise RPA Members on immigration compliance, immigration legislation that might affect Clubs, players, families and dependents, and changes to employment status.

Driving Licences for Foreign Players

Overseas players can only drive legally in the UK for 12 months on an overseas licence. After 12 months you must take action to acquire a UK Driving Licence or stop driving.

Failure to meet these requirements means driving a motor vehicle is a criminal offence.
