Josh joined the RPA in January 2009. A graduate in sports science and marketing, Josh also played for Gloucester before being injured out of the game at a young age. Following his retirement from professional rugby, Josh worked with Top Marque Sports for RugbyTech before joining the RPA.

Practical experience of making an unexpected move from rugby to a new career has given Josh a valuable insight into the challenges facing players as they transition out of rugby.

"To have someone like a PDM advising and guiding you in one of the most important decisions of your life is nothing but beneficial, I wish I had been more pro active when I was playing professionally," he says. Josh is based in the South West, looking after members at the Bath, Exeter and Gloucester clubs.
