
Tim joined the RPA in September 2005 as Head of the Player Development Programme with regional responsibility for the North, looking after members at Leeds, Newcastle and Sale. Tim has successfully established the framework for the programme and embarked on a number of initiatives which included the RPA's job network and seminars. Tim also spent several years working for the Chiefs S14 in a similar role and was one of the original 5 PDMs who established the New Zealand programme.
A Business Studies graduate, Tim also holds qualifications awarded by UK Sport, 1st4sport, the Institute for Leadership and Management, and the New Zealand Institute of Management as a tutor, trainer, manager and assessor working with elite athletes.
