Tim Nicholls

Head Player Development Manager

Tim joined the RPA (fomrerly PRA) in September 2005 and is currently Head of the Player Development Programme with regional responsibility for the North. Tim has successfully established the framework for the programme and embarked on a number of initiatives which included the RPA’s job network and seminars. Tim also spent several years working for the Chiefs S14 in a similar role and was one of the original 5 PDMs which established the New Zealand programme.

Throughout his career he has also worked for well known organisations such as Deloitte and British Airways. Tim has gained useful knowledge of human resource management, training, personal development and recruitment. He went to school in Sussex moving to London to study and work and played rugby for junior clubs in North London before hanging up his boots in 1996.
