Zoe Eaton

Player Development Manager - London

Zoe joined the RPA (formerly PRA) in July 2005, following a two year period working as a National Academy Manager within the Welsh Rugby Union. Having always been actively involved in Sport, Zoe’s involvement in rugby began when she attended UWIC, where she gained International Representative Honours in both rugby and squash.

Graduating in 2001 with a first class honours degree, Zoe chose to continue her education at UWIC and gained a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science whilst also lecturing within the School of Sport.

Having spent almost four seasons as the PDM for the South West clubs, Zoe has recently transferred and will be working alongside Tim, Matt and Josh, delivering the Player Development Programme to the Premiership Clubs and Regional Academies in the London region.
