Formally a player with; Saracens, Bristol, Gloucester, London Irish, Lyon, Wasps and England 7s, James has also held international coaching roles in recent years with England 7s and the Jamaican Rugby Union. James has also acted as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor with the RPA since 2021
